Use the following tips to keep safe and awake behind the wheel:
- Get a safe area to stop. On a long journey, every few of hours or in case of you begin to get sleepy, pull off the road for a rest, keep fit and fresh air. If possible, stay the night at a hotel or maybe stop in a safe area to have a sleep. Never depend on caffeine!
