Suggestions to enhance the mileage of your Car! Better Tips for having good mileage

High mileage used to be an issue to fear. Apart from the enjoyment of watching all the odometer numbers back again to zero on your old GM, reality would invariably kick in: The car’s end is nigh. This, not surprisingly, was a time when a lot of automakers avoided measuring miles in the hundreds of thousands and people used “nigh” in regular conversation.

We've create a list of to-dos to get the maximum mileage out your car, but carefully and without doing your car harm. We wish that these tips will not only keep your wallet from shedding its essential cargo, but mean that you are a more informed and improved driver.

Inspect tyre pressure
Polls say, maintaining your tyres 9% below the manufacturer's recommended pressure cost to you at least 7% extra fuel. Well, despite the fact that you don't understand the math, understand that, low inflation will have an impact on mileage. Inspect your tyre pressure every time you go for refuelling. In most areas in India, air check is free at petrol pumps.

Buy fuel throughout morning hours
Buying fuel in times of morning hours is a good idea, because the fuel is a liquid and cools through night hours as temperature is low, and it is getting more dense, therefore in night hours, you receive more weight of fuel for same litres, so its like a bargain in fuel amount:)

Drive at a moderate speed
Driving at high speeds or in an aggressive manner can easily waste much gas. Holding a persisting speed not more than 45 kilometers per hour is the the best speed for lowering oil/gas waste. The reason behind this is the faster you drive, the more aerodynamic drag increases; it barely takes more fuel to power the car through the air. The good news for Bangladesh is that because of traffic jams, it is highly unlikely that your speed will ever go over 50 kilometers per hour. You can put away up to as high as 22% on the highway and 5% on city streets by driving safely.

Service your Car Regularly
Get your car for servicing in normal intervals or get your car maintained based on manufacturer’s guide at least as it is very essential. This will ensure good health of engine, and also greatly reduce your maintenance cost.
