Flexibility Is Key for Jeep in 2015

The Jeep Renegade is coming to Australia in 2015, filling a hole in the bottom of the range of the company. It will be entering a difficult market, competing with models from Ford, Skoda, Mitsubishi, Nissan and Suzuki.

That was said by Jeep CEO Mike Manly at the recent Detroit Auto. For traditionalists who is good news that the Wrangler is one of the few truly iconic vehicles, and arguably the most recognizable of all.

Change would cause commotion that affect the popularity of the Wrangler and Jeep as a whole. Let's face it - complaining about the new models is a Jeep thing, but if the Wrangler ceased to be an "adequate" tamer (yes, owners of TJ, the JK Wrangler is an appropriate!), it would be deafening growl.

The rest of the Jeep range? You know how the new Cherokee is unlike anything that ever happened before? Expect more of that, because Mr. Manly said that Jeep would be much more flexible form.

Pointing to KJ, KK and KL Cherokees as examples that said the jeep had experienced with flowing lines, he moved to square, and now with the KL, a completely different look, especially for larger Reviews its appeal.

He said the cars will remain recognizable Jeeps, but the looks will evolve. "We will begin to see how we can be flexible," he said.

Given the jeeps have been selling well in the past year, it may well be a winning formula, and certainly has a little more room to experiment squirm.

Chrysler may be preparing to offer just what you are looking for - updating Pentastar (PUG), which both turbo Pentastar 3.6 and 3.2 engines will be added. They are not simply slap a turbo kit and call it a day, instead they are reworking Variable engines also add direct injection and distribution.

The changes will bring higher production and lower fuel consumption engines and help Chrysler COFFEE meet its obligations.

The "new" can the 3.6 V6 will make his first appearance as sooner or later, it is rumored to be installed in the 2016 Grand Cherokee, later this year.

We have been looking closely at the success Jeep 2014, and it was a year!

A series of solid, new and old products, have driven the company to its greater number of vehicles sold worldwide - 1017019 (692 348 Revision those were in the US). That's better than the previous record year of 2013, by 39%.

Globally, the vehicle breakdown was as follows: Grand Cherokee - 279 567, followed by Cherokee - 236 289, Wrangler - 234 579, Compass - and Patriot 134.629 to 122.387. The renegade, while officially went on sale in Europe in September and is said to have gone well, does not appear in the figures.

In Australia, Jeep has done particularly well, selling 30,408 vehicles (Chrysler sold an additional 17,422). Jeep is an impressive increase of 37% year on year, and the company even entered the top ten for the first time in September when the Cherokee was released. The Grand Cherokee managed to enter the top ten vehicles sold for the first time in May.

The Grand Cherokee is still a particularly good seller tion, with 16,582 sales, giving it a 15.4% market share in its segment size. This compares favorably with its supposedly more popular rivals in the size bracket - the Prado with 16,112 sales and 15% of the market, and Kluger with 11,484 sales and 10.7% of the market.
