2016 Kia Sorento Review new design and more refined in nearly every way

The Kia Sorento has been fully reconditioned and reengineered for 2016. And in what seems to be like an only realistically evolved exterior, it's both a lot roomier and more refined in pretty much every way. The Kia Sorento is bigger, more complex and simpler to drive for 2016, that make it a good-looking alternative to five- and seven-passenger SUVs that were many years before a class above it. Kia's midsize crossover is certainly worth a long look.

Kia's 2016 Sorento SUV is over 3 inches longer when compared with its predecessor, on a wheelbase likewise stretched, designing the new Sorento on the the same size as a Ford Edge. There's more than enough room inside to stuff an alternative third-row seat, generating the vehicle nominally a seven-passenger product, though the third row has scant leg and knee area, and the seat cushions are close to the floor and thus uncomfortable.

Supported by a buyer's option of a 185 horsepower, 2.4-liter Inline four-cylinder engine with 178 lb-ft of torque, and then a 240 horsepower, 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine creating 260 lb-ft of torque, and finally, a 290 horsepower 3.3-liter V6 engine that generates 252 lb-ft of torque, there are certainly many different options to choose from. If you need a turbo, prepare to give up seating, as it only holds five passengers. If you want to tow up to 5,000-pounds, the 3.3-liter V6 is your go-to vehicle. If your pocket is doing the talking, the 2.4-liter four-cylinder is your choice.

Before you’ve almost certainly seen Pierce Brosnan making the “Perfect Getaway” in Kia’s Sorento TV spot that first aired at the Super Bowl in late January. Now it could just be your turn to getaway and hit any nearby Kia dealer to check the all-new 2016 Kia Sorento CUV.
